DESCRIPTION:After a short career as a site manager, Stef began his precast career as a concrete technologist and quality manager in a pipe factory, and quickly took on the position of operational manager. In 2006 he joined the ECHO group where he successively held the positions of Director of Standardisation and Certification and Technical Director.\nSince 2012, he has been associated with FEBE, the Belgian precast association, where he currently holds the position of CEO.\n
